The MICA Institute is cooperated by the Hanoi Polytechnic Institute (that hosts it), the National poly-technique Institute Grenoble and CNRS (the MICA Institute CNRS UMI 2954).

The Institute is managed by the executive directors including lecturers / researchers who share the responsibilities as following:
